Q: How long does my order take to ship?
A: Once an order is placed, please allow 2 business days for the order to be prepared and packed at our facility (processing time). The delivery date that is listed at the top of the website and on the checkout page is your guaranteed delivery date for the sake of your event planning. For example: If the top bar of the website says “Order today and receive by September XX, 2021”, we guarantee that you will receive your order on/or before that specific date. That date is including the 2 business day processing time mentioned above, as well as the UPS shipping time. If you need kits before the current delivery date shown, please contact: email@example.com before placing an order to see if accommodations can be made. All emails to this address are responded to within one hour.
PLEASE NOTE: When you select your shipping option during checkout, it will give you a date or amount of days for shipping. For example, if it says 3 business days, you must add the 2 processing days onto that time. The system does not account for processing time. It only shows the time it will take UPS to deliver the package once it's in their possession. Therefore, you will actually receive it within 5 business days. It is highly recommended to go by the date at the top of the home page. That is your guaranteed delivery date, including processing and shipping time.
Q: Do you offer any discounts, wholesale, or bulk orders?

Q: Can I pickup my order in person? Do you have a storefront location?
A: Yes! We now offer in-person pickup from our Production Facility. If you have already placed your order online, please contact us at: 405-355-8007 to arrange your pickup (shipping charge will be refunded). If you have not yet placed an order, you can call us at the same number and place your order to be picked up same-day. Our Production Facility is open Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM CST located at 4301 Will Rogers Parkway, Suite 600, OKC OK 73108. We do ask that if your order is larger than 5 kits, please call and place the order at-least two hours ahead of time before arriving.
Q: What happened to the Mini Kits (8x10)?
A: Unfortunately we discontinued the sale of Mini Kits going forward. The good news is that we still have some available! To order Mini Kits, please email: email@example.com. All emails to this address are responded to within one hour! It would be helpful for you to include your shipping address (so the cost can be calculated), as well as how many kits of what design you're needing. We still have stock of all the current designs listed on our website for the Boss Kits.
Q: Do I need any painting experience?
A: Because the kits are Paint-By-Number, no experience is needed! Our youngest painter was 8 years old! Our paint kits come with fail-proof instructions that guide you through the entire process!
Q: How much are the kits, what are the sizes, and what all is included?
A: We currently offer one canvas size: Lux Kits (16x20). “Boss Kits” come with a canvas print with the design of your choice, numbered paint, disposable easel, paint brushes, and instructions! All you need to provide is a cup of water and a napkin. Of course, you can spruce it up by adding food, wine, and music!
Q: How long does it take to complete a Painting?
A: On average, it will take 2-3 hours to complete your painting. Tip: Because you start with the lower numbers/lighter colors, you do not have to stay perfectly in the lines. The next number/color is darker, and therefore will cover/correct your “mistakes”. It is not necessary to paint perfectly inside the lines of each space. This will drastically improve your paint time and give you the same end result!
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Yes! There are now three shipping options at checkout. All orders placed before 5PM CST Sunday-Friday will be sent out the following business day. From there, the shipping speed you choose will apply. (Example: If you choose Ground Shipping, it will arrive to you within 3-4 days. If you choose 2nd Day Air, your shipping time will only be 2 days or less.)
Q: Do you offer Custom Paintings? Will there be new designs?
A: We do not currently offer any custom painting options, although it is something we hope to add in the future! Our Design Team is consistently adding new designs to our collections, but we would love to hear your suggestions! Email: firstname.lastname@example.org with the design(s) you would like to see.
Q: How long does the paint last?
A: Paint can last up to three weeks at room temperature. In the event you store your paint kit over the un-recommended three-week time frame we will not be held responsible for any dry paint. We ask that you please plan your parties accordingly.
Q: Damaged or Lost Package?
A: Once your order is processed, packaged, successfully fulfilled & departs our facility we are not liable for any damages on the behalf of the carrier. This includes the following but not limited to: lost packages damaged canvas, damaged paint set. Nor any unforeseen negligence of the shipping carrier or lost merchandise. Please contact the carrier and file a claim immediately to ensure prompt and proper reimbursement.
Q: Can I Request To Change My Painting Before It Ships?
A: Yes. It is important that you contact us ASAP to have this updated. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to make any changes.
Q: Can I Change My Address After I’ve Purchased?
A: Yes. It is important that you contact us ASAP to have this updated. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to change the address. We also cannot ship to PO Boxes. It must be a physical address.
Q: If I Don’t Like My Painting, Can I Get A Refund?
A: No, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds of any sort. We will however, fix any mistakes made by our team. Once an order is placed, we will not issue refunds — only replacements as necessary.
